BIANCA LE CLOS - MANAGING DIRECTOR
Bianca is a multi-skilled and experienced project manager with extensive experience in the design and co-ordination of multi-disciplined EPCM projects in the mining, agricultural, marine and minerals industry. She has extensive experience in all aspects of projects both ‘brownfield’ and ‘greenfield’, dealing with civil, structural, mechanical and process control including electrical, controls, PLC specialized equipment for certification etc.
She specializes in client liaisons, contract management, project management, construction management, feasibility studies, design reviews, conveyor and plant systems design, procurement and cost estimating.
Bianca established the business in 1998 as a sole trader and later as a Pty Ltd in 2004. Bianca is currently the proprietor and managing director of BHT Group.
TONY HICKEY - CONSTRUCTION MANAGER / DIRECTOR
Tony has 15+ year experience as Site Supervisor/ Construction Manager. He has extensive experience in coordinating and managing all site activities of site staff, sub-contractors, trades and suppliers. He oversees adherence to Occupational Health and Safety regulations, minimising risks/hazards in the workplace. He monitors project schedules and oversees the cost control, ensuring budgets and time frames are met.
